The package is targeted towards startups, small and mediums sized businesses with limited resources and expertise in certain fields.
You can pick my brain to get feedback on your branding, marketing activities, sales activities, explore new ideas, validate/invalidate ideas.
We will have an extensive brainstorm session together where you explain me what you want to archive and the status quote. I will show you your options and things you should do next.
Examples I am working on are:
- Business advisory: I helped a small business to grow by showing ways of defining your vision as well as the structure to reach it.
- Marketing: I regularly consult a SME in their marketing activities; how to structure the website, how to monetise the high rendition rate even more in a new business unit, how to engage with consumers and what could be simple ways to start with?
Our meeting will structure your thoughts, worries and wishes, receive concrete feedback and directions.
