I have used these techniques and methods to learn the Swedish language myself. I didn't join a language school because I didn't have the time for it. However, I have come so far that I work now as a translator from and to Swedish.

How to learn a language quickly and effectively

In this session, I am here to hear you out. This is a safe haven for you to pour your heart, speak your mind or just speak. You are allowed to cry, yell or even be silent. 
No rules, no limits and most importantly, no judgment, whatsoever. 
This is a safe place. 
Remember, you don't need to worry about what you say because everything that you say is confidential.

You can speak Arabic, English or Swedish. It all works for me.

or want to practice a language you are not so proficient in a safe environment, this is a place for you. 
Here, we can have a conversation in your chosen language (Arabic, Swedish or English) of your chosen subject. 
You will get professional language tips in the last five to ten minutes if you ask for it. 
Ps. topics like religion and sex are off limit. 

Conversation Class

If you have just broken up with somebody or have had your heart broken, this is the place for you. 
Break up can create a trauma in our system and can even be stored in our bodies. It is painful. Healing from a broken heart is not easy but is possible. 

This session will help you
- remove the intensity of your break up trauma and give you more clarity and get to know "you" deeper. 
- be able to move on and find joy back into your life. 
- Most importantly, not to attract similar experiences to past relationships.

We can go far when we know we are safe. If you know you need to do something difficult ,but you know it will make it much easier having someone there with you (on the other line of a phone call with you), you have come to the right place.
